Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dhyeya Law's CLAT coaching syllabus covers English Language, Current Affairs, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. It prepares students for the CLAT exam by enhancing their language skills, legal aptitude, logical reasoning, and quantitative abilities, ensuring they are well-prepared for admission to prestigious law schools in India.

1. Kindly collect all the relevant information’s from the institute in order to avoid any confusion/conflict in future.
2. You can deposit fees in the form of Cash or Cheque or Demand Draft (DD), Card Swapping (Debit Card/Credit Card). The DD or cheque should be made in the favour of “Dhyeya Educational Services Pvt. Ltd”. Fee instalments will be accepted as per instalment plan given by the institute.
3. You are required to bring your Dhyeya I-Card/Permission Card for entry in the class-room and Book Issue Card to collect books. It is mandatory to show your Dhyeya I- Card/Permission Card to security personnel, if demanded.
4. In case of any indiscipline on your part (like personal disputes, use of abusive language, creating ruckus in class, disturbing the class decorum etc.), you can be rusticated without any fee return.
5. If you wish to take leave for more than 3 days, a written application (Leave Application) must be submitted in the office.
6. If you are caught recording the class-room session, your device would be seized and will not be returned at any cost. Along with that, your admission would be nullified without any fee return.
7. If you cancel your admission the following rules will be applied:-
   
   
   • Cancellation of admission is allowed within 7 days of taking admission. The refund amount will be transferred to bank account of the student after deduction of 20 % of the total listed course fee for which the admission was taken.
   • Please make a note that our refund policy does not apply to cases where students have paid their fees in instalment or made part payment of the fees.
8. To get duplicate I-Card/Permission Card, it is mandatory to pay 200/- Rs in case of lost l- Card/Permission Card
