About The Program

Yashyashvi Nyayadeesh is an initiative of Dhyeya Law to help students pursuing law. The legal field offers a variety of career options. We have come up with this program with an aim to help the young law students in establishing a career in the field of law. This program has been scientifically designed for law students to prepare them to face the competition in form of any examination like (judiciary, Specialist legal officer etc.), interview, litigation, corporate sector etc. This program will strategically introduce the law subjects beginning from the very basic concepts. This course program will span over a time of 3 years leading to a strong base of the law subjects and its interpretation.

It is necessary for a law student or a legal professional to understand and interpret the law but would this be enough. The Dhyeya Law team realizes that just knowledge will not help the students excel at their careers. Knowledge equipped with confidence, communication skills, presentation skills etc. will make them the best in the career option they choose from the legal field. Understanding the importance this program implements personality development as part of the curriculum from the very beginning of the program.

Vision

This program aims to carve a path for a law student to become a legal professional. This comprehensive program helps you develop a personality equipped with knowledge fitting into any role be it a Judicial Officer, litigator, specialist officer, legal advisor, corporate lawyer etc. This program visions to make the law students so aware and connected to their calling that they make a well-informed decision on which legal career path they are heading towards. We at Dhyeya want our future legal professionals to be very well prepared from today so that they are able to create a tomorrow of their dreams.

Module of the Program

The program focuses on your academic preparation as well as overall personality development. This 3-year program has been designed to accommodate the needs of students who are pursuing law. The module of this program takes the students through three different levels of learning advancing the level each year.

1st Year: The Beginner Level

The first year of the program would be the beginning level, the very first year out of the three-year program. During the first year this program will introduce the students to the basics of law, helping them to understand what is actually law. After the student gets a brief idea about law, the program paces towards teaching the students various concepts of law. The curriculum of this program makes it a point that the students learn to decode the Bare Act language so that it becomes easy for the student to develop understanding of law which is required for the rest of the phases. This level also begins with personality development sessions and other extra-curricular activities which will help the students with the other prospects required to excel in career.

2nd Year: The Intermediate Level

The second level of the program is intermediate level the students reach the second phase of the examination after completion of the first phase. This year focuses on increasing the level of the teaching to accommodate more technical concepts and subjects of law. The curriculum of this program for the second year has been designed in a way that a deeper understanding and knowledge is developed amongst the students. The focus of second year would be primarily on the procedural law, which is very requisite to develop a deeper understanding of law. The course program would proceed along with the progression in extra-curricular activities.

3rd Year: The Advanced Level

The course program last and final phase is the advanced level in the 3rd year. As the course progresses towards the culmination, the level of learning progresses towards the advanced stage where takes place revision, coverage of the miscellaneous subjects especially required for clearing the specialist officer exam. This level will majorly focus on application & practice of the knowledge gathered till now. There will be different panels conducting mock interviews and other activities to polish the personality and knowledge of the students.
